The day started with some friendly competition on a go-kart track and ended with a shared dinner.<\/p>\n<p>Even though it was an informal, team-driven initiative, it turned out to be a fantastic idea \u2014 great atmosphere, lots of laughs, and a perfect chance to connect beyond day-to-day project work.
