Mixed building structure: monolithic reinforced concrete, prefabricated reinforced concrete, steel, wooden.
The scope of design work included static calculations, complete executive design and inter-industry coordination using BIM technology.
New hotel building in Härnösand with 128 apartments on 9 floors. Construction itself began in December 2022, with an estimated construction time of 16 months and an estimated cost of SEK 250 million. Gross area 7,413 square meters.
The client was Hotell Hernö Gin and Arconi Design & Planning was hired as architects. The investment was carried out on a turnkey basis, and the general contractor was JA Skogström.
Tyréns was responsible for the structural part of the facility.
The hotel is expected to open in February 2025.
