Last week, our two geotechnical designers visited Sweden to take part in a series of meetings and workshops at our Stockholm and Gothenburg offices. The visit began with a guided walk around Stockholm and a team dinner, which was a great opportunity to connect informally.
The following days were filled with productive discussions involving geotechnical teams from various locations – not only Stockholm and Gothenburg, but also Malmö, Uppsala, and Helsingborg. The meetings focused on current collaboration and ideas for improving integration and onboarding of new team members. It was a valuable chance to strengthen connections and better understand each other’s ways of working.
