Job description
Our Kraków office is home to two structural engineering teams delivering projects in cooperation with our partners in the United Kingdom and Sweden. This position is within the team working directly with Tyréns offices in Sweden.
Due to the continued development of our cooperation with Tyréns Sweden, we are looking for a Structural Design Engineer with strong Autodesk Revit skills to join our office in Kraków.
The successful candidate will participate in building projects for the Swedish market and work closely on a day-to-day basis with structural engineers and multidisciplinary project teams in Sweden.
A key element of the role will be the development of structural models and project documentation in Autodesk Revit, which is one of the primary design environments used by our Swedish teams.
The role will be based in our Kraków office, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.
Requirements
- good or very good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and practical experience using the software in structural engineering projects,
- university degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, preferably specialising in building and engineering structures or structural engineering,
- minimum 3 years of professional experience in the structural design of buildings, particularly commercial, industrial or public buildings,
- experience in developing structural models and preparing project documentation in a BIM environment,
- good understanding of structural design principles,
- knowledge of Eurocodes,
- good command of English, enabling effective day-to-day cooperation with project teams in Sweden,
- knowledge of structural analysis and design software, such as Robot Structural Analysis or FEM-Design,
- previous experience working on international projects would be an advantage,
- flexible attitude, integrity and a strong work ethic
