Role description

Due to the development of cooperation with geotechnical and engineering teams in Sweden, we are looking for a person interested in developing within the areas of 3D modelling, project data management and modern digital design processes.

The position combines technical and engineering aspects with modelling work, data coordination and support for project teams involved in infrastructure, building and other multidisciplinary engineering projects.

The role will be based in our Kraków office and will involve close cooperation with our sister offices in Sweden (https://www.tyrens.se/en). The projects are primarily related to the Scandinavian market.

 

Required skills

  • technical education background (e.g. geotechnics, civil engineering, geodesy or related fields),
  • minimum 1–2 years of experience in engineering projects and/or project modelling work,
  • interest in 3D modelling and working with project data,
    good command of English,
  • knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D,
  • good organizational skills and attention to detail,
  • openness to learning new technologies and tools,
  • interest in modern digital solutions, automation or AI,
  • proactive attitude and willingness to develop in an international environment.

 

Nice to have

  • knowledge of Bentley / MicroStation / ArcGIS / QGIS,
  • experience working with infrastructure or geotechnical models,
  • interest in digital modelling and project data coordination,
  • basic knowledge of Python / FME / SQL,
  • experience working with point clouds, photogrammetry or survey data,
  • knowledge of Revit or other 3D modelling tools.

 

Role and responsibilities

  • creating and updating 2D/3D geotechnical models,
  • preparing drawings and technical documentation,
  • supporting project teams in modelling and project data organization,
  • working with geotechnical investigation results and field data,
  • participating in digital design processes for infrastructure,
  • building and other engineering projects,
  • cooperating with international project teams,
  • developing and improving workflows based on modelling and modern digital tools,
  • active cooperation with project teams located in Sweden.
